Ingrid Pich - Exercise Easy

I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and a qualified coach.

I run strength training and fitness classes, as well as offering one-to-one training and coaching.

I have been licensed by the Heart Foundation to deliver exercise programs for people with high cardiovascular risk and have been trained to work with Type II diabetics and older adults.

In the past, I have helped run the Lift for Life program in a gym, and I specialise in helping people regain lost flexibility and muscle mass, lowering blood pressure and losing weight.

I also work as a public speaker and hold seminars that empower people to eat healthily, look after their wellbeing, and stay young.
